This is all about focusing on health and wellbeing ahead of that big birthday, while also working on making your life fit for purpose as you enter the next decade and beyond.

As you may have guessed, I’ve been there and done it! And so have countless friends and clients.

In many cases, something happens that causes you to re-evaluate your life. Perhaps you’ve been made redundant, or have experienced some health issues, or your relationship has failed, or a parent has passed away.

Or perhaps rather than one big thing, it’s many smaller things. And suddenly you realise that you’re nearly 40 and aren’t living the life you expected or want to be living.

Through a myriad of small decisions taken over nearly four decades, you’ve ended up in a body that you tolerate (at best), a career that you definitely wouldn’t describe as your dream job, a relationship that really isn’t what you want for the rest of your life…

And time is running out.

What I Offer

Fit For Forty is an intensive 8-week online course that introduces you to everything you need to know to start making changes in your life.

Broken down into 40 easy-to-follow lessons, it builds from the basics to teach you a wide range of new ideas and concepts drawn from across the health coaching and personal development disciplines.

Rather than focusing purely on food and nutrition, Fit For Forty also includes classes on how to ‘detox’ your body, mind and life from the things that aren’t serving you well. And how to introduce new habits and practices that will get your life back on track, and enable you to become the person that you were always meant to be.

How it Works

Fit For Forty is an online course. This means that you can take it from the comfort and safety of your own home. At a time that suits you. All you need is access to the internet.

Each week starts with an overall theme which puts the upcoming lessons into perspective and provides a foundation for the changes that you will be making in your life.

There are then a total of five lessons to complete each week. Each lesson consists of a video, written material and exercises for you to undertake. Two lessons each week will be focused on food and nutrition to enable you to meet your health and wellbeing goals. And the other three lessons will address each of how to create a healthy body, how to create a healthy mind, and how to create a healthy life.
