And I’m here to give you all the tools you need to find health, happiness and purpose!

If you’re ready to start making better decisions about your own health and wellbeing, not to mention the health and wellbeing of the wider planet, then it’s great to have you here.

My name’s Angela and I’d love to be your guide to all things healthy and sustainable.

I’ve spent years trying to work out the best choices to make in order to live a healthy and happy life. I’ve followed conventional paths, and I’ve rebelled. And along the way, I’ve figured out a lot of what works and what doesn’t.

I’m not promising I have all the answers, but I am here to share what I know and to support you as you create a more healthy and sustainable life.

So, if you want to find out more about how to live well and how to make the best choices you can for your own health, and for the health of the world around you, then stick around. Or drop me a line and let me hear your burning questions.

What You Can Expect From Me

Healthy Body

Healthy Body

For me, this is where it all starts. The more you care about the health and wellbeing of your physical body, the more energy and focus you will have to start thinking about other areas of your life, as well as the world around you.

There is so much misinformation out there – about food, fitness, relaxation – that it’s hard to know who to believe or what the best choice is. I have been fascinated by these topics my entire life and can’t wait to share everything I know relating to food and physical wellness.

Healthy Mind

Healthy Mind

In order to create a truly healthy and happy lifestyle, it’s important to start asking yourself some of life’s big questions, as well as learning how to develop a calm and contented mind!

So, whether you want to find your purpose, figure out your beliefs, quieten the noise in your head, or learn about some of the more out-there ideas beyond the physical body, then do come along for the ride.

Healthy Life

Healthy Life

Once you’ve got your own body and mind making progress towards health and wellbeing, it’s time to turn your attention outwards. How well does the rest of your life contribute to your sense of nourishment and fulfilment?

It’s all very well eating a nutritious diet, but if you’re miserable in your job or your social life, then you’ll never be truly healthy. A focus on satisfying relationships, a rewarding career, a strong community, and gratifying artistic endeavours all lead you further towards true health.

Healthy Planet

Healthy Planet

Every decision we make, from what clothes and food we buy, to how and where we go on holiday, and how we heat our homes, has a massive impact on the health of the planet. As well as on the other humans, flora and fauna that we share it with.

I’m not interested in turning back the clock and living in a cave, but I am interested in how we can all make better choices so that we protect and enhance this beautiful planet of ours and everything on it.

What Others Have Said

Jenny Arrowsmith

I would recommend Angela to anyone seeking a better way to live. Her professional, down-to-earth, natural approach meant that I always felt greatly encouraged, and her considered feedback has enabled me to unleash a new and fresh confidence in myself.

Even when emotion got the better of me, Angela was able to skilfully challenge and guide me to a point where I was able to break through and really see and adopt a better perspective.

From being stuck in a pattern of dull and lifeless nutrition, Angela took me on a journey that has had tremendous positive effects, not just on my body, but also on my mind and thus my attitude and mood.

And what is really exciting is that I have been able to reignite my enthusiasm for food and cooking from a completely fresh perspective.

As Angela began to speak about how we as individuals could achieve our personal health goals, we were captivated. She enthused confidence during her presentation and put across sensible and practical information about how we can improve our lifestyle, health and wellbeing with an integrative approach to nutrition and wellbeing.

She spoke in a jargon free way, explaining the issues she brought up with clarity and evident secure knowledge. Her clear message was that we as individuals should learn how our own bodies work and recognise foods and lifestyles that could have an adverse effect on our health.

I would heartily recommend Angela and wish her every success.

Angela was friendly, entirely non-judgemental and extremely knowledgable. I instantly felt that she was passionate and really cared about the information she was providing.

I personally suffer from several autoimmune diseases and Angela really understood my conditions and made many useful recommendations regarding my diet.

Angela is also extremely easy to get on with, doesn’t preach and is very well informed. I can’t wait to work with her again.

Your talk was incredibly up-to-date with information and advice.

I have never seen so many people entranced and more to the point genuinely interested in what you had to say.

Thank to you Angela, we are well on our way! It started with a clear intention to live better by eating better and we are now 100% vegetarian.

Phase 1 was education, phase 2 was to learn to cook. Thanks to our discovery session, inch by inch I got there in the end!
