My name’s Angela and I’d love to be your guide to all things healthy and sustainable.

I’ve spent years trying to work out the best choices to make in order to live a healthy and happy life. I’ve followed conventional paths, and I’ve rebelled. And along the way, I’ve figured out a lot of what works and what doesn’t.

I’m not promising I have all the answers, but I am here to share what I know and to support you as you create a more healthy and sustainable life.

For me, this is where it all starts. The more you care about the health and wellbeing of your physical body, the more energy and focus you will have to start thinking about other areas of your life, as well as the world around you.

There is so much misinformation out there – about food, fitness, relaxation – that it’s hard to know who to believe or what the best choice is. I have been fascinated by these topics my entire life and can’t wait to share everything I know relating to food and physical wellness.

In order to create a truly healthy and happy lifestyle, it’s important to start asking yourself some of life’s big questions, as well as learning how to develop a calm and contented mind!

So, whether you want to find your purpose, figure out your beliefs, quieten the noise in your head, or learn about some of the more out-there ideas beyond the physical body, then do come along for the ride.

It’s all very well eating a nutritious diet, but if you’re miserable in your job or your social life, then you’ll never be truly healthy. A focus on satisfying relationships, a rewarding career, a strong community, and gratifying artistic endeavours all lead you further towards true health.

Every decision we make, from what clothes and food we buy, to how and where we go on holiday, and how we heat our homes, has a massive impact on the health of the planet. As well as on the other humans, flora and fauna that we share it with.

I’m not interested in turning back the clock and living in a cave, but I am interested in how we can all make better choices so that we protect and enhance this beautiful planet of ours and everything on it.
